1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Safe Harbor
LinkToClip respects the intellectual property rights of creators, content owners, artists, and publishers. We expect all users of our service to do the same. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, “DMCA”).
As a technical tool provider, LinkToClip functions solely as a client-side conversion utility and network pipeline. We have no editorial control over, nor do we select or modify, the material uploaded or transmitted by third-party content creators or viewers.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that material made accessible through our platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following written information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original work, title, or registration number).
Identification of the URL or exact material that is claimed to be infringing, sufficient to permit LinkToClip to locate and disable access to the query endpoint.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit LinkToClip to contact you, such as your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Resolution & Blacklisting
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, LinkToClip will take prompt action to disable extraction capabilities or blacklist specific URLs, channels, or domains from being processed through our web interface.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your access was removed or blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (3).
